Reward Points are earned at a rate of 5 Points per $1 Spent on ALL ORDERS placed directly on saltwateraquarium.mom*.  (5% Off a Future Order)  There are NO GOOFY CLUBS you have to Join to earn points.  Points can start to be redeemed when you reach 250 points.  500 points can be redeemed for $5 off your next purchase.  Create a store account to join our loyalty program today!  Customer reward accounts expire if no order is placed within 180 days after the last order.  But unlike our competition if you order from us the expiration date resets.  Our competitors expire regardless of if you continue to shop with them.  Points can be used Instantly after an Order Ships!  Limit of 1 Coupon Code per Purchase.  Rewards cannot be used with an other offers including price match.

How do I Use My Rewards?

Rewards are issued as coupon codes at specific tiers that can be applied in the Shopping Cart or the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code can be used per order).

  • 500 points can be Redeemed for a $5 Coupon Off Your Order
  • 1000 points can be Redeemed for a $10 Coupon Off Your Order
  • 1500 points can be Redeemed for a $15 Coupon Off Your Order
  • 2000 points can be Redeemed for a $20 Coupon Off Your Order
  • 5000 points can be Redeemed for a $50 Coupon Off Your Order
  • 10000 points can be Redeemed for a $100 Coupon Off Your Order

As you shop your points will accumulate when orders ship.  You can save up your points as as soon as you have at least 500 points you can turn them into a $5 coupon to save money on your next purchase.  You must order at least once every 6 months to keep your account active and keep your points.  If your account goes inactive you lose all your accumulated points.

Points accumulated on any of the following Strict MAP Brands are capped at 1% Maximum -  Neptune Systems, Red Sea, Ecotech Marine, AquaIllumination, NYOS, Coralvue Brands.  Points cannot be earned on eBay, Amazon or Price Matched orders.

How do I join Saltwater Rewards Loyalty Program?

All Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.  You don't need to be part of some special group buy or program to enjoy our rewards.  Simply login your account and shop with us.

How do I Earn Loyalty Points?

There are currently 3 ways to earn points.

Create a Store Account
 Get 250 Points as a Welcome Bonus just for Joining!  (~$2.50 Off)

Make a Purchase
 Get 5 points for Every $1 You Spend (Excluding any shipping fees & taxes.)

Get 1 points for Every $1 You Spend on Select Brands (Red Sea, Ecotech Marine, Neptune, etc)
Refer a Friend
 Get 500 points for Every New Referral that Successfully Completes a First-Time Purchase with us.

How do I Check my Balance and Redeem Rewards?

Log in to your store account and click Rewards at the top of every page, there is also a Rewards Widget located at the bottom left of all pages.
