All Open Box/Clearance/Discontinued/Overstocked/Expired listings have been inspected by our returns department.  We won't sell an open box item if it's junk.  We only sell products we would use ourselves.  This is a great way to save money on some Higher End Price Controlled MAP brands that never go on sale.  Most of the products we sell have been returned by consumers, used in a video/demo/trade show.  The vast majority of cases they products are not defective, or necessarily even used.  Customers just changed their mind but the products exterior packaging or the products themselves may have slight blemishes.

Warranty: Every item listed in our clearance section includes a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you have any issues with an open box item within 30 days will sell send you a prepaid return label to ship the product back and send you a brand new item.  Outside of 30 days you will need to work with the manufacture to get support.  Because the products are purchased below MAP or as open box condition some manufactures may not cover the products via the standard manufacture warranty.  Some do, some don't.
